One point per dollar, two tiers
For example, a box of eight chocolates at 60 points and a layer cake at 150. Someone who buys a six-slice tart moves faster than someone who buys an éclair, which is fair.

Your regulars don't stop by every morning. They come for a Sunday cake, a birthday, the Christmas chocolates, and between two visits a paper punch card has plenty of time to get lost. This card lives on their phone, counts what they spend, and lets you tell them when the Easter eggs are ready.

It comes down to how people shop with you. For a Sunday layer cake and a Christmas box of truffles, counting a point per dollar rewards better than a stamp per visit: StampyWallet handles that in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, no app needed, starting at €20 excl. VAT monthly in Europe ($29 in the US) on October 22, 2026, with a 30-day free trial. Announcing your Easter eggs and yule logs on a set date goes through scheduled messages, included in Growth (€40, $49); orders still come in at the counter or by phone. If your register already rewards spend, make sure it doesn't do the job before adding a second tool.
StampyWallet works as a digital loyalty card for independent shops, pastry chefs and chocolatiers among them. A QR code on the pastry case, and your customer files the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet: no app, no account, no password. At the counter you type the receipt total and their points go up; before each holiday you announce what you're making to everyone who has it, and they order in the shop or by phone.
One point per dollarA tartlet and a box of truffles aren't the same ticket: you type the amount, the card does the math.
Holidays announcedYule logs, Easter eggs, Valentine's hearts: a scheduled message gives customers a heads-up, and they order in the shop or by phone. On Growth.
No appA QR code on the pastry case, a tap on Add, and the card is in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
The reward
Something you make, never a percentage. A box of chocolates people taste beats a discount they forget, and it costs you what it costs to make, not its price in the case. Three settings to choose from, which you can change any time without reissuing anything.
For example, a box of eight chocolates at 60 points and a layer cake at 150. Someone who buys a six-slice tart moves faster than someone who buys an éclair, which is fair.
One stamp per purchase, two gifts on the same card. The first comes quickly and reminds them the card exists; the second brings them back for a Sunday.
For the regulars who always pick up a weekend tart: eight stamps and the ninth is on you. The setup that needs no explaining.
Write the size into the reward ("a 4-serving cake from the case"), or the free cake turns into a wedding tier.
At the counter
The chocolates are weighed, the box is closed, the customer takes out their phone to pay. You type the amount, point at the card, and the points land before the ribbon is tied.

1Her phone comes out to payThe card already sits in her Wallet, right under her bank card. Your phone points at the QR, and that's it.
2First name, count, what's leftHélène, six stamps out of ten. You confirm with one tap; until you touch it, nothing is added.
3Number seven shows up on her endA notification on the lock screen and an updated card in the Wallet, before the bag is even folded shut.
The amount, not the mathIn points mode you type the receipt total: $38 of truffles, 38 points. The screen shows the result before you scan.
The holiday lineOn December 24 the line runs out the door: one scan, one tap, next. A double scan only counts once.
Picked up, then stampedThe reserved yule log is paid for at pickup, at your register, and that's when the card gets its points, like any other purchase.
The holidays
Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas: the weeks everyone expects you, and the weeks you need to know how many eggs to mold. The announcement is written ahead from the Messages screen, for the day and hour you pick, up to two months out. Customers get it on their lock screen, then order in the shop or by phone.
The deadline, before the rushAnnounce what you're making and your order deadline three weeks before the holiday. Cardholders read it on the lock screen, then on the back of the card until the next message.
Orders, the usual wayYour order book, the counter, the phone: StampyWallet doesn't take orders and doesn't take payments. The order is paid for at pickup, and that's when the card gets its points.
Everyone, or one groupAll your customers for Christmas, or only the ones away for 90 days before Easter: scheduled and group messages are part of the Growth plan.
Birthdays
At your shop, a birthday means a cake ordered a few days ahead. StampyWallet's birthday gift opens on the day itself, so it pays off on the next visit. To be the shop they think of for the cake, write at the start of the month to everyone born that month.
This month's group"Birthday this month" gathers the customers born this month on its own. Schedule a message for the 1st, at the hour you pick, up to two months ahead. On Growth.
The gift on the dayA discount on everything for 30 days, or buy one get one once, or the customer's choice of the two. It shows on their card and on your scanning screen.
Day and month onlyCustomers give the date when they add the card, if you ask for it. The year is never asked, and someone who signs up on the day doesn't unlock a gift.
The gift card
A gift card for a product (a box of truffles, a cake) or for an amount: to say thanks, mark a farewell, treat a team. The buyer writes a note, StampyWallet delivers the card by text or email, and the person receiving it keeps it in their Wallet until the day they come in. Included in Growth.

Questions
Points, if your tickets run from a tartlet to a box of truffles: you type the receipt total and the card counts one point per dollar (or two, or three: it's a setting). Stamps stay simpler if most customers buy the same thing, like the weekend cake.
Something you make: a box of chocolates, a box of macarons, a four-serving cake. It costs you what it costs to make, and it gets people tasting what they don't usually buy. Write the size into the reward so there's no confusion at the counter.
No: orders still come in at the shop or by phone, as they do today. The card gives people a heads-up: on the Growth plan, you schedule the announcement of what you're making and your deadline from the Messages screen, up to two months out, for all your customers or one group. Then it rewards the order at pickup, when you type the total.
Automatic win-back (Growth plan) follows each customer's own rhythm: it goes out once their absence passes one and a half times their usual gap. Without enough history, your own delay applies, from 14 to 90 days in Settings. For a chocolate shop, a long one, 60 or 90 days, avoids writing in February to someone who'll be back at Easter.
Yes, on the Growth plan: a discount for 30 days or buy one get one, which opens on the birthday and shows on the card. Since the cake is ordered ahead, also write to the "Birthday this month" group at the start of the month. You need to ask for the date (day and month) when customers add their card.
As of October 22, 2026: Essential at €20 excl. VAT a month in Europe ($29 before tax in the US, £19 in the UK), with the card in both Wallets, scanning, no cap on customers and messages to everyone. Growth at €40 ($49, £35) adds what actually helps at the holidays: scheduled or group-only messages, birthdays, gift cards, win-backs and Google review requests. A one-month trial, no commitment.
Your logo, your free box of chocolates, the sign by the register: five minutes. Your Christmas crowd will add it while they pay.
