10th set free
Ten boxes, the last one is a full set. For a client who comes every three weeks, the card fills in just over six months.
Nail salons and nail bars
Your clients come back every three or four weeks. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you stamp it from your own phone, and when a regular lets her appointment slip, she gets a note with a button to book.

No appYour client scans the QR code at the front desk and taps "Add". No account, no password.
Hands-freeHer hands are on the table or under the lamp? Find her by first name in the scanner, without touching her phone.
Right on timeThe reminder goes out when a client passes her own rhythm, not on one fixed date for everyone.
The reward
A set costs real money and comes back every three to four weeks: the reward has to be worth something, and the card can't take a year to fill. Three formats that fit that rhythm, each one a setting.
Ten boxes, the last one is a full set. For a client who comes every three weeks, the card fills in just over six months.
A free removal at visit 3, a hand treatment at 6, the full set at 10. The first reward comes fast and costs you almost nothing.
A fill, a full set and nail art don't cost the same. With points per dollar, every service counts for what it's worth: nail art at 150, a gel set at 400.
Write the reward precisely ("one gel manicure, nail art not included"), or the free set always turns into the longest one on your menu.
At the table
During the set, her hands are on the table and her phone is in her bag. The stamp goes on at check-in, at the end of the appointment, or without her phone at all: by first name.

1She shows her cardAt check-in or at the end of the appointment. You aim your phone at the code, like taking a photo.
2You add the stampThe screen shows who it is and where she's at. One tap to confirm, nothing goes through on its own.
3Her card updates instantlyThe stamp shows up on her phone, and her lock screen tells her while the polish dries.
Or by first nameIn the scanner, "Find a customer" looks her up by first name, last name, email or phone. The stamp goes on without her lifting a finger.
No double stampsTwo scans less than a minute and a half apart count once. You can change that delay, or turn it off.
Every tech can stampYour team scans from their own phones, invited by a link. They only see the scanner, not your numbers or your client list.
Rebooking reminders
Clara comes every three weeks, Sofia every four. One rule for everyone would nudge one too late and the other too early. StampyWallet learns each client's usual gap and only writes when she has really missed an appointment. On the Growth plan.
ClaraA full set every three weeks
SofiaA fill every four weeks
May 2Clara hasn't been back. This note shows up on her phone, and the button to book is waiting on the back of her card.
Her rhythm, not a fixed dateFrom four visits on, the reminder waits one and a half times the client's usual gap, counted in opening days: your closed days and holidays don't count.
A "Book" button on the cardPaste your Fresha, Booksy, Square or Calendly link, your Instagram page or your phone number: it becomes a button on the back of the card, and the reminder points to it.
New clients tooUntil a client has enough history, your trade's delay applies: four weeks for a nail salon, and you can change it.
Prepaid packages
Ring up a package at your register as usual, then create it in two taps. Your client adds it to her Wallet next to her loyalty card, and sees what's left at every visit. On the Growth plan.
What paper can't do
The punch card keeps its simplicity. What changes is that it lives on your clients' phones, and it can talk to them.
A message when the book has gaps"Two openings Thursday afternoon" on the lock screen of everyone who carries your card, or "the fall colors are in".
Google reviews, after the setA few hours after the visit, a direct link to your Google listing, while she's still admiring her nails. On the Growth plan.
A note on her birthdayIf you write a gift (free nail art, a color on the house), it goes out on the day, and your team sees it in the scanner. On the Growth plan.
Know who your regulars areHow many cards, how many visits, who comes back and who drops off: the dashboard tells you. A stack of paper cards never did.
Gift cards
Sell a gift card for a service or for an amount. StampyWallet sends it to the person receiving it by email, or by text where texting is available, with the buyer's note. They add it to their Wallet and come spend it with you. On the Growth plan.

Questions
Six to ten. A client who comes every three weeks fills six boxes in four months and ten in just over six. Any longer and the reward feels out of reach. With tiers, you can give a small first reward (a free removal) before the full set.
No. They scan the QR code at the front desk and tap "Add": the card goes into Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. Without a Wallet, the same card opens in the browser, with the same stamps.
Without her phone. In the scanner, "Find a customer" looks her up by first name, last name, email or phone, and the stamp goes on just like a scan. Or scan her card at check-in, before the set.
Yes, on the Growth plan. You take payment at your own register, then create the package ("5 gel manicures", say). Your client adds it to her Wallet, each visit counts it down at the scan, and it shows her what's left. StampyWallet never takes a payment.
Yes. Your booking link (Fresha, Booksy, Square, Calendly, Instagram, or a phone number) becomes a "Book" button on the back of the card, and the rebooking reminder invites her to book from the card.
Essential is $29 a month before tax (£19 in the UK, €20 in Europe): unlimited clients, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, scanning and messages to all your clients. Growth, at $49 (£35, €40), adds reminders on each client's rhythm, birthdays, Google reviews, gift cards and prepaid packages. 30 days free, no commitment.
They stay on your clients' phones with their stamps, and you can keep stamping. Packages already sold still count down. You can export your clients as a CSV whenever you like.
Long enough to add your logo, write your reward and print the front-desk poster. Your next client can add it while her base coat dries.
