One point per dollar
A dryer cycle at 30 points, a large-load wash at 100. It's the setup built for a connected payment system; until then, you type the amount when you're there.

Your customers do their laundry while you're somewhere else. A card that needs a stamp at the counter makes no sense here, except during the hours you stop by. Here's what the Wallet card does on its own, what needs a person, and what goes through your payment system.
One month free. The sign prints on your own printer.

By separating what needs a person from what doesn't. As of October 22, 2026, with StampyWallet (from €20 excl. VAT a month in Europe, $29 in the US, 30 days free), customers add your laundromat's card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their own from the sign on the wall, get your messages and see their points; adding points, on the other hand, takes a scan, done by you or your staff during the hours someone is on site. For the machines to credit the card with nobody there, connecting your payment system is set up on request. If your payment system already runs reloadable cards with bonuses, compare before adding a second tool.
StampyWallet is a digital loyalty card for independent businesses. At a laundromat, it lives on the customer's phone with no app; points are added by a scan, or by the payment system once connected, and the owner can message every customer who added it without being on site.
Without youCustomers add the card by scanning the sign on the wall, and can start with a free stamp.
With youAdding points or handing over a reward takes a scan, done by you or your staff on site.
On requestConnecting your payment system, so the amount paid credits the card.
Who adds the points
StampyWallet's scanner is a phone held by someone on your team: it doesn't run by itself. Customers can't stamp themselves by aiming at the sign either: it adds the card, it doesn't fill it.

1Sign-up, soloThe sign above the machines is enough. Set a free stamp at sign-up: the card doesn't land empty in the Wallet.
2During staffed hoursThe cleaning morning, the coin collection evening, or your wash-and-fold service: you scan the cards of the customers present and hand over any rewards they've reached.
3Through the payment system, on requestThe card already knows how to turn an amount into one point per dollar. What's left is connecting your payment system so it sends that amount and the card to credit: write to us with your system's name and model, and we'll tell you what's doable.
Rewards
A machine cycle: it only costs water and power, and customers recognize its value. Since nobody's there full time, the reward is handed over during staffed hours, as a token or a machine credit: say so clearly on the sign.
A dryer cycle at 30 points, a large-load wash at 100. It's the setup built for a connected payment system; until then, you type the amount when you're there.
One stamp per visit where someone scans. The simplest if your wash-and-fold service or staffed hours see the regulars.
Two tiers: a detergent pod early, so the card pays off fast, then a full cycle.
Say where the reward is picked up (“from the attendant, Monday to Saturday, 9 to 10am”): otherwise a frustrated customer in an empty laundromat leaves you a review.
Quiet hours
Machines run in the evening and on weekends, and sit free on weekdays around lunch. The dashboard shows your visits hour by hour; a message scheduled for late Tuesday morning tells customers the big machines are free.
Your hours, measuredOver 90 days, in your laundromat's time zone, from the scans. On Growth. Without a connected payment system, only scanned visits count.
One message a day, maxTo everyone on Essential, scheduled for a set time on Growth. It lands on the lock screen, with you nowhere near.
Steps from the laundromatThe card carries your laundromat's address. When a customer is close by, their phone may suggest it on the lock screen, if they've allowed it in their settings: the phone decides.

Owner questions
Nobody, and we'll say it plainly: a scan takes a phone held by you or your staff. With no presence at all and no connected payment system, the card keeps you in touch (sign-up, messages, a nudge near the laundromat), it doesn't count washes.
That's what the connection is for, and it's set up on request. Turning an amount into points already exists in StampyWallet; what depends on your system is whether it can send the amount and recognize the customer's card. Write to us and tick “Register connection”, with your system's name and model.
No. The sign's QR code adds the card to the phone; it never adds a stamp. Otherwise anyone could fill their card from the sidewalk.
On the owner's next visit: they scan the card, the screen shows the reward reached, they tap “Given” and hand over a token or a machine credit. Post on the sign when someone is around.
They do something else: prepaid credit with a bonus. The Wallet card is mostly for talking to your customers (quiet hours, a new machine, a closure for repairs) and counting visits where you scan. If the reload bonus is all you want, your payment system may be enough.
As of October 22, 2026: Essential, €20 a month excl. VAT in Europe ($29 before tax in the US), with the card, the sign, scanning, your team and messages to everyone. Growth, €40 ($49), adds scheduled messages, busiest hours, win-backs and Google reviews. 30 days free, no commitment.
That's where the card works best: customers drop off their laundry and pick it up in front of someone. The scan happens at pickup, like any shop with a counter, and you can count one point per dollar on the ticket.
Create the card, print the sign, tape it above the machines. The rest gets done when you stop by.
