10th drink free
The format everyone gets at a glance in their Wallet. The stamp can even be a cup with its straw.
Bubble tea shops and matcha bars

No appThe card goes into the Wallet while the drink is made. No account, no password.
Your phoneThat's the stamper. No tablet, no scanner gun, no terminal to rent.
Two countersMilk teas on one row, matcha on the other, each with its own reward, on the same card.
The reward
A regular comes in once or twice a week, so the card fills in about two months: fast enough to watch it move. Three formats we see working behind a boba counter.
The format everyone gets at a glance in their Wallet. The stamp can even be a cup with its straw.
Two tiers on one card. The free topping costs little, comes fast, and gets people to try the cheese foam they were unsure about.
A large is worth more than a small: with points, you enter what the drink is worth at the counter. You can even call the points "leaves".
Write the reward precisely ("any medium drink, toppings extra"), or the free drink always becomes the large with three toppings.
At the counter
Stamps happen in front of a line waiting for their drinks. Everything is designed so it takes two seconds and never lands on the wrong customer.

1They show their cardYour customer opens their Wallet. You aim your phone at the code, like taking a photo.
2You add the stampThe screen shows who it is and where they're at. One tap to confirm, nothing goes through on its own.
3Their card updates instantlyThe stamp shows up on their phone, and their lock screen tells them.
The whole team can stampEveryone at the counter scans from their own phone, invited by a link. They only see the scanner, not your numbers or your customer list.
Three drinks, three stampsPaying for friends? Type "3" before you aim. It counts as one visit, and the card moves forward by three.
No double stampsTwo scans less than a minute and a half apart count once. You can change that delay, or turn it off.
Matcha, on its own
The matcha customer isn't quite the boba customer: they come often and know what they want. The card gives them their own counter, and the package saves them pulling out a card every time.
A prepaid 10-matcha packageSold at your register, it lives in the customer's Wallet next to their loyalty card. Each matcha is counted off at the scan, and a week before it expires, the package reminds them. On the Growth plan.
Two counters on one cardAt the counter, you pick the range before you scan: bubble tea goes on the first row, matcha on the second, each with its own reward. The customer sees both at a glance.
What paper can't do
The punch card keeps its simplicity. What changes is that it lives on your customer's phone, and it can talk to them.
The new drink, on the lock screen"Strawberry matcha, this week only" for everyone who carries your card, sent now or scheduled for Wednesday at 3 p.m. Scheduling is on the Growth plan.
Win back the ones drifting awayA regular who goes one and a half times past their usual gap between visits gets a note, automatically. On the Growth plan.
Know who your regulars areHow many cards, how many visits, who comes back and who drops off: the dashboard tells you. Paper cards never did.
Google reviews, at the right momentAfter a few visits, customers get a direct link to your Google listing. The same for everyone, as Google requires. On the Growth plan.
Gift cards
Sell a gift card at the counter, for a matcha latte or for an amount. StampyWallet sends it to the person receiving it by email, or by text where texting is available, with the buyer's note. They add it to their Wallet and come spend it with you. On the Growth plan.

Questions
Eight to ten. A regular who comes once or twice a week finishes the card in one to two months: fast enough to see it move, long enough for the free drink to stay a real treat.
Yes. Turn on the second counter in the card settings: one row for bubble teas, one for matchas, each with its own stamp and reward. At the counter, you pick the range before you scan.
Yes, on the Growth plan: "10 matchas" or "10 drinks", at the price and length you choose. Payment happens at your register, the package goes into the customer's Wallet, and each drink is counted off at the scan.
No. They scan the QR code at the counter and tap "Add": the card goes into Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. Without a Wallet, the same card opens in the browser, with the same stamps.
Essential is $29 a month before tax (£19 in the UK, €20 in Europe): unlimited customers, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, scanning and messages to all your customers. Growth, at $49 (£35, €40), adds automatic win-back notes, birthdays, Google review requests, gift cards and packages. 30 days free, no commitment, no setup fee.
They stay on your customers' phones with their stamps, and you can keep stamping. You can export your customers as a CSV whenever you like.
Long enough to add your logo, write your reward and print the counter poster. Your first regular can add it with their next drink.
