10th visit, a free full wash
The card counts stamps and a full wash adds two. A customer who always picks the top package reaches the reward twice as fast, which is fair.
Car washes
Updated
Drivers pick a car wash at a red light, usually the closest one. What brings them back to yours is a count that grows with every wash and a nudge right when their car needs it. They add your card with one scan while your crew vacuums the floor mats.

Reward the wash, not the visit, and reach drivers when the sky clears. As of October 22, 2026, StampyWallet puts your car wash card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with no app, from €20 excl. VAT a month in Europe ($29 in the US) with 30 days free: one stamp for an exterior, two for a full wash, and a lock-screen message to your customers the morning the rain stops. Your crew scans the card when they hand back the keys. For self-serve bays where nobody is on site, a scanner isn't enough: connecting your payment system is discussed on request.
StampyWallet is digital loyalty card software for independent businesses. At a car wash, the card lives in the driver's Wallet; an attendant scans it with their phone when the car is handed back, the visit counts one or more stamps depending on the service, and prepaid wash packages are counted off with the same scan.
Two stampsfor a full wash, one for an exterior: the value of the visit is set before aiming.
5 washessold up front and counted off at each scan, right in the driver's Wallet (Growth).
1 messagea day at most, to every customer: the one that works goes out on the first dry morning.
Rewards
A service, never a percentage off: a vacuumed interior or a full wash mostly costs crew time, and the customer sees right away what they earned. Three possible setups, which you can switch whenever you like.

For a place where nearly everyone orders the same thing. Easy to post above the register, easy to get while waiting for the keys.
Two tiers on one card. The first reward introduces interior cleaning to exterior-only customers: that's often how they trade up.
Spell out the service (“one full wash, sedan”): a cargo van is not a compact.
At key handoff
Not mid-wash with wet hands. When the keys go back and the bill is paid, the attendant aims at the driver's card with their own phone.

1The driver opens their WalletThe card is on screen with its code. Nothing to download, no account to create.
2The attendant confirmsFirst name, current count, next reward. One tap adds the stamp or stamps.
3The count moves before the engine startsA notification confirms the new total, and the card updates in the Wallet.
Each attendant, their own phoneInvite your crew: everyone scans with their own, with no cap on accounts, and you see who added what.
Phone left in the carThe customer left it on the seat: “Find a customer” pulls them up by name or number.
No signal in the tunnelThe stamp waits on the phone and goes through once the connection is back, exactly once.
Prepaid packages
Plenty of car washes sell wash books or memberships. Ring it up at your register as usual, create the package in two taps, and the driver finds it in their Wallet next to the loyalty card. On the Growth plan.
Weather
Your traffic follows the sky. Write the message during the downpour and send it when the sun comes back: it lands on the lock screen of every customer with your card, just as they look at their paint.
To everyone, on EssentialThe message goes to every card right away. One send per day at most, so customers don't tune you out.
At the time you pick, on GrowthWrite it Wednesday night, schedule it for 8am Thursday, in your car wash's time zone.
The car wash calendarSpring pollen, winter road salt, bugs after the summer road trips: each season has its message.
Visit value
Before aiming, the attendant picks what the visit is worth: one stamp, two, three. It resets to one after every scan, so a forgotten setting never hands out a free reward.
Or by ticket amountSet “$10 = 1 stamp” and the attendant types the total: the card does the math, no chart to memorize.
Or in pointsOne point per dollar and two tiers: the Chrome & Co card shows an exterior at 80 points and a full interior at 250.
Rideshare drivers and contractorsA rideshare driver who washes every week reaches the reward fast: pick one that still pays off at that pace.
Gifts
For a new driver who just got their license, Father's Day, a coworker who's leaving. You sell the gift card at the counter; StampyWallet sends it by email, or by text where texting is available, with the buyer's note, and it goes into the recipient's Wallet. On the Growth plan.

Car wash questions
Yes. Before scanning, the attendant chooses the visit's value: two stamps for a full wash, one for an exterior. You can also set “$10 = 1 stamp” and type the ticket total, or switch to points, one per dollar. These settings are on every plan.
With nobody on site, there's nobody to scan the card: the scanner is a phone held by your crew. Connecting your payment system, so the amount paid credits the card, is set up on request: write to us with the name of your system. Until then, the card covers the services your crew performs, and your messages also reach self-serve customers who added it.
Wash books, yes: on Growth, a “5 washes” or “10 washes” package is created at the price and length you choose, sits in the customer's Wallet and is counted off at the scan. Payment goes through your register: StampyWallet doesn't take payments or run monthly billing for your customers.
Per driver: the card is on their phone, not on the license plate. A couple with two cars has two cards, or one if they prefer: whoever shows the card is who counts.
The first dry day after rain, at the end of winter for road salt, in spring for pollen. A message to everyone is included on Essential, scheduling for a set time comes with Growth, and the app caps sends at one per day.
As of October 2026, Essential is €20 a month excl. VAT in Europe ($29 before tax in the US): the card, scanning, your team, the dashboard and messages to everyone. Growth, €40 ($49), adds wash packages, gift cards, scheduled messages, automatic win-backs and Google review requests. 30 days free, no commitment.
Yes, on Growth. The app learns each driver's rhythm: if they washed every three weeks and their absence runs past one and a half times that, they get a note you write yourself. Without enough history, the delay you pick in settings applies, from two weeks to three months.
A logo, a reward, the counter sign printed. The first driver adds it while the crew dries their car.
