Ten stamps, a free quart jar
Set "$10 = 1 stamp". On the tenth, at least $100 of groceries, the customer leaves with a glass jar to fill next time.
Refill and bulk stores
Updated
Your regulars show up with mason jars, cloth produce bags and an empty olive oil bottle. Their card fits in a pocket too: it fills with what they weighed, keeps track of returned containers, and never ends up in the trash.

One that isn't printed and counts the weighed total. In a bulk store, a basket runs from a few dollars of lentils to a full week of groceries, so a stamp per visit rewards both the same. StampyWallet stamps by amount ($10 per stamp) or by point per dollar, can add a row for customers who bring their own jars, and lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with no plastic card. Pricing on October 22, 2026: Essential runs $29 monthly plus tax in the US, Growth (with automatic win-back messages to lapsed regulars) $49; in Europe, €20 and €40 excl. VAT. Your first 30 days are on us.
StampyWallet is a paperless loyalty card for independent shops, refill stores included. A shopper saves it from the QR sign by your scale; at checkout you key in what the basket weighed out to, point your phone at the code, and the stamps or points land. No card stock, no ink, nothing lost at the bottom of a tote.
Nothing printedNo paper card, no plastic, no ink stamp: the card lives on the phone your customer already carries.
By the weighed total$23.60 earns two stamps, $8.20 earns none: one rule for everyone, shown on the card.
Jars countA second row tracks visits with their own containers and has its own reward.
The reward
A product from your shelves rather than a discount: a jar, a shampoo bar, a quart of oil. It costs you little, gets people to try something new, and fits the store.
Set "$10 = 1 stamp". On the tenth, at least $100 of groceries, the customer leaves with a glass jar to fill next time.
Small baskets still count: $8.20 earns 8 points. A bag of nuts at 60 points, a soap bar at 150.
Did they bring jars instead of taking your paper bags? A second scan on the Containers row: eight visits, a free water bottle.
Spell out the size on the card ("a 1-quart jar", "a 4 oz bar"): in a bulk store everything is weight and volume, rewards included.
The weigh-in
Two settings, and two baskets to compare them: the weekly stock-up and the laundry soap refill. The first setting rewards big trips, the second leaves no dollar behind.
A stamp per $10The card stays short and easy to read, ten boxes. Amounts round down with no carry-over: $23.60 is two stamps, and under $10 the screen says so before you aim.
A point per dollarBetter if customers drop by often for small amounts. The ring fills on every visit, and your tiers are set in points.
Bulk prices move, the rule doesn'tThe card counts dollars, not ounces: when almonds go up, there is nothing to change.
A typo costs nothingTyped 2360 instead of 23.60? In amount mode the card never adds more than 50 stamps at once, and the screen warns you before the scan.
At the scale
Scale first, register second, card last. Key in what the receipt says, point at the code, and the screen tells you how many stamps that buys.

1Jar in one hand, phone in the otherA swipe on the lock screen brings the card up.
2Amount in, stamps out$23.60 shows as two stamps before you tap to confirm.
3The count moves on the spotTwo more boxes fill on the shopper's screen while they cap the last jar.
Find them without the phonePhone left in the car? Search by first name, last name or number from the scanner.
Weekend helpers can stampInvite staff by link; they get the scanner on their own phone and never see your customer list or numbers.
Same gesture for both rowsPurchases or containers, it is one scan each; only the row picked before aiming changes.
Containers
A customer who brings their own containers saves you bags and builds the habit your store is about. A second row on the same card rewards it without touching the purchase count.
Picked at the scannerBefore aiming, tap "Containers" instead of "Regular". Two scans in a row on two rows don't count as a double read.

Rules differ by state and county; this is not legal advice.
A rule worth postingTurning down a dirty jar goes better when the sign by the register already said so.
Deposits stay at the registerThe card doesn't refund a jar deposit: handle deposits in your POS, as you do today.

Gift cards
Housewarming, neighbors going plastic-free, a thank-you to the dog sitter: ring up a gift card for a dollar amount and StampyWallet delivers it by email, or text where available, along with a short message from the giver. Questions
By amount. Baskets vary too much for one visit to equal another. "$10 = 1 stamp" keeps the card short; a point per dollar suits stores where many people stop in for a small refill.
Turn on the card's second row and name it "Containers". When someone comes equipped, scan once more on that row; after eight, for example, a free water bottle or produce bag.
It skips printing cards that get lost and thrown away, and customers carry nothing extra: the card joins the wallet on their phone. Only the counter sign with its QR is printed, once.
No. StampyWallet counts stamps and points; taking and refunding a deposit stays in your POS. You can reward returned containers on the second row, though.
Yes, on Growth. The card learns each customer's usual gap and sends one lock-screen note when they go one and a half times past it. With no history yet, it uses the delay you choose, from two weeks to three months.
No: they scan the QR on your sign and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Without a wallet, it opens in the browser with the same count.
Two plans, monthly, priced on October 22, 2026: $29 before tax for Essential, $49 for Growth, which adds the automatic win-back, scheduled announcements and gift cards. In Europe they are €20 and €40 excl. VAT. Thirty days free, no contract, and your customer list exports to CSV whenever you like.
Your store name, the $10 rule, a reward in glass or soap, the sign next to the scale.
