We answer the same day
Your message reaches the people who build the product, not a queue. In practice you get an answer the same day, Monday to Friday; written on a Sunday evening, it goes out on Monday morning. The reply goes to the address you leave here, and nowhere else.
What we look at with you
Connecting your till — SumUp, Zettle or the one you already have —, choosing your reward, fixing a stamp that went to the wrong card, making sense of a line on an invoice, deleting an account. The subject you tick in the form saves you repeating everything.
The answer may already be written
The features tour covers every part of the product, one page per topic, and the home page answers the questions we get asked most — the hardware, customers without a smartphone, the data. Two minutes of reading sometimes beats a round trip.

How fast do you answer?
Usually the same day, Monday to Friday. A message left over the weekend goes out on Monday morning. We answer by email, at the address you left in the form.
How do I connect my till to StampyWallet?
Write to us and tick the “My till” subject. We connect it by hand with you — SumUp, Zettle or the one you already have — and it is included in the subscription, at no extra cost.
Do I need an account to write to you?
No. The form is open to everyone: shop owners, customers of a shop, or simply the curious. If you would rather see the product first, the trial runs for thirty days, free and with no commitment.
What happens to the address I leave here?
It is used to reply to you, nothing else: no mailing list, no resale. The site and its data are hosted in France, in Strasbourg.
