Burgers, kebabs, wraps and fast food

Burger and kebab shop loyalty card: bring them back to the counter.

Updated

Your regular stops by three nights a week, then one day he orders from his couch, and every delivered combo costs you a commission. The card rewards the person who picks up: one stamp per visit, added in two seconds while the meat keeps turning.

A month to try it, no terminal to buy or rent.

What loyalty card works for a burger joint, kebab shop or fast-food counter?

One that takes two seconds to stamp at the counter and pulls delivery app customers back through your door. If most of your sales run through a kiosk or POS that already handles points, check what it offers first. Otherwise an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card does the job: one stamp per burger or combo, the first one free at sign-up thanks to the QR code slipped into delivery bags, and the rest earned by picking up in person. StampyWallet costs €20 excl. VAT a month in Europe ($29 in the US) as of October 22, 2026, or €40 ($49) with scheduled messages and your hour-by-hour visits, after a free month.

StampyWallet is a digital loyalty card for independent businesses, burger joints, kebab shops and fast-food counters included. Customers scan a QR code, at the counter or on a flyer in their bag, and the card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with no app. You stamp at the counter with your phone; orders brought by a delivery app don't earn stamps, since nobody comes in.

At the counterStamps are earned by picking up your own order. A bag handed over by a courier doesn't count.

1 stamp head startDefault setting: the card starts with one free stamp, so the rest looks worth filling.

9:45pmThe latest slot a scheduled message can go out. After that it's time to eat, not to read.

Delivery orders

Delivery app customers, back at your counter.

A delivered order earns you less than a pickup: the platform takes its commission. The card doesn't plug into the delivery app, and that's the point: it gives people a reason to walk in.

A QR code in every bagDownload the QR code on its own for your printer, or the A6 sign in black and white. One flyer per bag, and the delivered customer has your card in hand.

A stamp from sign-upIn the card settings, "Stamps given at sign-up" is set to 1 by default. A card that starts at zero feels long; one box already filled makes people want to come for the next.

What the card doesn't doIt doesn't read Uber Eats or DoorDash orders and doesn't stamp anything remotely. A stamp needs the customer to show their card at the counter.

What to give

What reward works for a kebab shop or burger joint?

Fast-food regulars come back often and spend little each time. A few cents off goes unnoticed; a free sandwich doesn't. What matters is that the reward lands before they get bored, and that it costs you ingredients rather than labor.

Ten kebabs, the tenth on us

One stamp per sandwich, any sandwich. For a student who comes in two or three nights a week, the reward arrives within a month. It's the paper punch card from the counter, minus the crumpled cardboard.

A soda at 4, a combo at 10

An early first tier for the Friday-night-only crowd; the full combo for the loyal ones. At a burger joint it's the easiest offer to read at a glance.

A point per dollar, from wrap to family bucket

When a ticket runs from a $7 wrap to a $32 bucket for four, points follow the amount you type before scanning: a soda at 30 points, a combo at 100.

Spell out what's free: "one kebab, wrap or bread, extra cheese not included." Otherwise the tenth will always be the XXL platter.

During the rush

The spit keeps turning, and so does the line.

Between the after-school crowd and the evening game, every second at the counter counts. The scan takes about as long as handing back change, and the screen tells you who you're talking to.

  1. Döner Club loyalty card in the Wallet, 7 of 10 stamps, ready to be scanned

1They open their WalletWaiting for their sandwich, they pull up the card. You aim the counter phone at it.

  2. 2You confirmFirst name, count, and the button to tap. Until you tap, nothing happens.

  3. The same card after the scan: 8 of 10 stamps

3The count is up to dateThe stamp shows on their card, and the notification lands before the sauce goes on.

The whole crewEach person, their own card and their own scan. Someone paying for three? Type "3" before you aim, and the card moves up three.

Two scans, one stampA card scanned again within a minute and a half only counts once. You can make it stricter: one stamp per hour, or per half day.

The courier has no cardThe card belongs to the customer, on their phone. Someone grabbing a bag for somebody else doesn't move anything forward.

Noon, 8pm and later

Talk before the rush.

A fast-food counter lives through two peaks, lunch and evening, with a long lull in between. The dashboard shows which ones really matter at your place; messages go out ahead of them, never in the middle of the night.

Your hours, read from your stamps"Your busiest hours" spreads the last 90 days of visits hour by hour, in your shop's time zone. A dashboard card, on Growth.

The message before the peakScheduled for 5:30pm, it arrives right when people wonder what to eat tonight. At the counter, type "2" before you aim during the hour you announced: promise kept.

At night, automations stay quietReminders, win-backs and birthdays wait until your quiet hours end, 9pm to 9am by default, adjustable in Settings: someone ordering at midnight gets nothing until the next day.

Counter questions

What burger joints, kebab shops and fast-food counters ask us.

Can customers who order on Uber Eats or DoorDash earn stamps?

Not on delivered orders: the card isn't connected to delivery platforms, and a stamp is added at the counter, card in hand. Slip the QR code into your bags: the delivered customer adds the card with its welcome stamp, then earns the next ones by picking up in person.

Someone pays for their whole crew. How many stamps?

Your call. Everyone can have their own card scanned, or you type the number of combos before aiming at the payer's card. On points, type the ticket total and it counts itself.

Stamps or points for a burger or kebab shop?

Stamps if your menu sits around one price (a sandwich, a combo). Points if tickets range from a single wrap to a family meal: you type the amount, and the meal for four weighs more than a soda.

I close late. When do my messages go out?

A scheduled message goes out between 7am and 9:45pm, in your shop's time zone. Automatic sends (the "one more stamp" reminder, win-backs, birthdays) wait for your quiet hours to end, 9pm to 9am unless you change them. For a game night, schedule the announcement late in the afternoon.

How do I stop a card from being stamped twice in a row?

By default, two scans of the same card less than a minute and a half apart count once. In Settings you can switch to one stamp per minute, per five minutes, per hour or per half day.

Can the card remind customers when they're near the shop?

Their phone makes that call. The proximity alert places your business at the address in your settings, which you can check and correct; an iPhone can then suggest the card on the lock screen, and Android does it if the customer allowed notifications and precise location for Google Wallet. It isn't guaranteed every time.

How much does a loyalty card cost for a fast-food counter?

As of October 22, 2026, Essential is €20 a month excl. VAT in Europe ($29 before tax in the US, £19 in the UK): the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card, scanning for your whole team and messages to everyone. Growth, at €40 ($49, £35), adds scheduled messages, your best hours and days, reminders and win-backs. One month free, no commitment.
