8th fill free
Eight boxes, the last one is a fill. For a client every three weeks, the card fills in five months; every two weeks, in under four.
Lash extensions and lifts
A lash client comes back every two or three weeks, or she starts over somewhere else. The card lives in her Wallet, you stamp it from your phone, and if she lets her fill slip, she gets a note with a button to book.

No appYour client scans the QR code at the front desk and taps "Add". No account, no password.
Eyes closedShe's lying down with her eyes shut for an hour: stamp her by first name, without her phone.
Before the shedThe reminder goes out when a client passes her own rhythm, before her set needs redoing from scratch.
The reward
A client who skips a fill comes back for a full set, or doesn't come back. The card rewards keeping the rhythm: short, because the rhythm is fast, with a reward that keeps lashes in place.
Eight boxes, the last one is a fill. For a client every three weeks, the card fills in five months; every two weeks, in under four.
A free removal at visit 4, a free fill at 8. Two rewards that cost you little chair time and mean something to her.
The card comes with its welcome stamp: added on the day of her first full set, it's already started. A started card gets finished more often than an empty one.
Write the reward precisely ("one classic fill, within three weeks"), or the free fill always becomes a volume fill after six weeks.
In the chair
During a set or a fill, your client has her eyes closed and her phone in her bag. The stamp goes on at check-in, at checkout, or without her phone at all: by first name.

1She shows her cardAt check-in, before she lies down. You aim your phone at the code, like taking a photo.
2You add the stampThe screen shows who it is and where she's at. One tap to confirm, nothing goes through on its own.
3Her card updates instantlyThe stamp shows up on her phone. She'll see it on her lock screen when she sits up.
Or by first nameIn the scanner, "Find a customer" looks her up by first name, last name, email or phone. The stamp goes on while her eyes are still closed.
No double stampsTwo scans less than a minute and a half apart count once. You can change that delay, or turn it off.
Every artist can stampYour team scans from their own phones, invited by a link. They only see the scanner, not your numbers or your client list.
Rebooking reminders
Léa gets a fill every two weeks, Inès every three. One rule for everyone would nudge Léa far too late. StampyWallet learns each client's usual gap and writes as soon as she has really missed her appointment, before it's a full set again. On the Growth plan.
LéaA fill every two weeks
InèsA fill every three weeks
Mar 24Léa hasn't been back. This note shows up on her phone, and the button to book is waiting on the back of her card.
Her rhythm, not a fixed dateFrom four visits on, the reminder waits one and a half times the client's usual gap, counted in opening days: your closed days and holidays don't count.
A "Book" button on the cardPaste your Fresha, Booksy, GlossGenius, Square or Calendly link, your Instagram page or your phone number: it becomes a button on the back of the card, and the reminder points to it.
New clients tooUntil a client has enough history, your trade's delay applies: four weeks for lashes, and you can shorten it to three or two.
Prepaid packages
Ring up a package at your register as usual, then create it in two taps. Your client adds it to her Wallet next to her loyalty card, and sees what's left at every visit. On the Growth plan.
What paper can't do
The punch card keeps its simplicity. What changes is that it lives on your clients' phones, and it can talk to them.
A message when a slot opens up"A spot just opened tomorrow at 10" on the lock screen of everyone who carries your card: a useful note, instead of a discount.
Google reviews, after the setA few hours after the visit, a direct link to your Google listing, while she's still enjoying her new lashes in the mirror. On the Growth plan.
A note on her birthdayIf you write a gift (a lash lift, a lash treatment), it goes out on the day, and your team sees it in the scanner. On the Growth plan.
Know who your regulars areHow many cards, how many visits, who comes back and who drops off: the dashboard tells you. A paper appointment book never did.
Gift cards
Sell a gift card for a service or for an amount. StampyWallet sends it to the person receiving it by email, or by text where texting is available, with the buyer's note. They add it to their Wallet and come spend it with you. On the Growth plan.

Questions
Six to eight. Fills come back every two to three weeks, so an eight-box card fills in four to five months. Any longer and it rewards a client you've already lost.
No. They scan the QR code at the front desk and tap "Add": the card goes into Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. Without a Wallet, the same card opens in the browser, with the same stamps.
When she goes one and a half times past her usual gap, once she has four visits. A client who comes every two weeks gets her reminder about three weeks after her last fill, not four. Before that, your trade's delay applies, and you can change it.
Yes, on the Growth plan. You take payment at your own register, then create the package ("5 lash fills", say). Your client adds it to her Wallet, each visit counts it down at the scan, and it shows her what's left. StampyWallet never takes a payment.
Yes. Your booking link (Fresha, Booksy, GlossGenius, Square, Calendly, Instagram, or a phone number) becomes a "Book" button on the back of the card, and the rebooking reminder invites her to book from the card.
Essential is $29 a month before tax (£19 in the UK, €20 in Europe): unlimited clients, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, scanning and messages to all your clients. Growth, at $49 (£35, €40), adds reminders on each client's rhythm, birthdays, Google reviews, gift cards and prepaid packages. 30 days free, no commitment.
They stay on your clients' phones with their stamps, and you can keep stamping. Packages already sold still count down. You can export your clients as a CSV whenever you like.
Long enough to add your logo, write your reward and print the front-desk poster. Your next client can add it before she lies down.
