Pilates and yoga studios

Pilates and yoga studio loyalty card, class by class.

Updated

Two classes a week for three months: that is the member who keeps a studio going. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, gets stamped at check-in and rewards consistency, with no app to install and no paper card lost in a locker.

Which digital loyalty card should a pilates or yoga studio use?

It depends on how you sell classes. If your members book and pay through a booking platform with memberships, check its loyalty feature first: one tool beats two. If you sell class packs at the front desk and want to reward regular attendance without making anyone install another app, StampyWallet fits: a card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, a stamp at check-in, and the 10-class pack deducted with one scan. As of October 2026, from €20 a month excluding VAT, with a 30-day free trial.

StampyWallet is a digital loyalty card for independent businesses: members add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by scanning a QR code, with no app and no account, and the studio stamps each class from any phone. It counts classes or points, hands out rewards, deducts prepaid class packs and sends lock-screen messages. It does not handle class booking.

No appYour member scans the QR code at the front desk and taps "Add". No account, no password.

Before classThe stamp goes on at check-in, in two seconds, while she takes off her shoes.

Class packs tooThe 10-class pack lives in the same Wallet and comes off with a scan. On the Growth plan.

The reward

A free class that rewards showing up.

In a studio, the hard part is not the first class but the twelfth. Three setups we see working, each one a setting you can change without your members redoing anything.

Your 10th class free

Ten boxes, the last one is a free class. At two classes a week, a regular fills it in five weeks.

Three tiers on one card

A drink at the 4th class, a guest pass for a friend at the 8th, a free class at the 12th. The guest pass brings new faces through the door.

Points, for reformer and mat

If a reformer class and a mat class are priced differently, the card counts points: a free class at 80 points, a free month at 200.

Write the reward precisely ("one 50-minute mat class"): otherwise the free class always ends up being the private reformer session.

At the front desk

Stamped at check-in, not on the mat.

Ten minutes before class there is a line at the desk. Stamping is built for that moment: two seconds, never the wrong member.

  1. 1She shows her cardMarta opens her Wallet at check-in. You point your phone at the code, like taking a photo.

  2. 2You add the stampThe screen shows who she is and how many classes she has. One tap to confirm, nothing goes through on its own.

  3. 3Her card updates instantlyThe stamp appears on her phone, and her lock screen tells her before she walks into the room.

Or by nameIn the scanner, "Find a customer" looks her up by first name, last name, email or phone. Handy when her phone is already in the locker.

No double stampsTwo scans less than a minute and a half apart count once. The delay can be adjusted or turned off.

Your whole team stampsYour instructors scan from their own phones, invited with a link. They only see the scanner, not your numbers or your members.

What paper can't do

A card that also fills the 7 a.m. class.

The stamp card keeps its simplicity. What changes is that it lives on your members' phones, and can talk to them.

A message when spots are open"Three reformer spots left Thursday at 7" on the lock screen of everyone with your card, instead of a discount.

Win back members who drift awayA member who never missed a week and suddenly disappears gets a message, automatically. On the Growth plan.

Google reviews, after classA direct link to your Google listing, sent to your regulars. On the Growth plan.

Know who keeps showing upHow many cards, how many classes, who comes back and who drops off: the dashboard tells you.

Gift cards

Gift a class, no paper voucher.

Sell a gift card for a class or an amount at the front desk. StampyWallet sends it by text or email to the recipient, with the buyer's note. It goes into their Wallet and they come to your studio to use it. On the Growth plan.

Questions

What pilates and yoga studios ask us.

What reward should a pilates studio loyalty card offer?

A free 10th class is the setup everyone understands. To bring in new members, add a middle tier with a guest pass for a friend. If reformer and mat classes are priced differently, use points so each class counts for what it is worth.

Do my members need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code at the front desk and tap "Add": the card goes into Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. Without a Wallet, the same card opens in the browser, with the same stamps.

Does StampyWallet handle class booking?

No. StampyWallet does not book spots or manage schedules. You can add your booking link (your platform, Calendly, Instagram or a phone number) as a "Book" button on the back of the card, and the card takes care of loyalty.

Can I sell 10-class packs?

Yes, on the Growth plan. You take payment at your register and create the pack in StampyWallet. Your member adds it to her Wallet, each class is deducted with a scan, and she sees what is left and when it expires. StampyWallet does not process any payment.

How do I stamp if her phone is already in the locker?

In the scanner, "Find a customer" looks her up by name, email or phone, and you stamp without her phone.

How much does a digital loyalty card cost for a pilates or yoga studio?

As of October 2026, the Essential plan is €20 a month excluding VAT: unlimited members, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, scanning and messages to everyone. Growth, at €40 excluding VAT, adds class packs, gift cards, win-back messages, birthdays and Google reviews. 30 days free, no commitment.

What happens to the cards if I cancel?

They stay on your members' phones with their stamps, and you can keep stamping. Packs and gift cards already sold are still honored. You can export your members as a CSV anytime.

Your studio's card is ready in five minutes.

Just long enough to add your logo, write your reward and print the front desk poster. Your next member can add it before class.
