Three tiers, three treatments
A free express treatment at visit 3, a massage at 6, a facial at 10. A monthly client gets her first reward by the third month.
Beauty salons and day spas
A facial every month, waxing every five weeks, a massage when life gets heavy: every client has her habits. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you stamp it from your phone, and it rewards coming back rather than chance.

No appYour client scans the QR code at the front desk and taps "Add". No account, no password.
Oil on your handsNo phones needed in the treatment room: the stamp goes on at the front desk, or by first name.
Every service countsA $25 brow wax and a $120 facial don't weigh the same: with points, the card counts what each one is worth.
The reward
A salon menu runs from a brow wax to an hour-long signature facial. A single reward after ten visits speaks to no one. Three formats that follow your menu, each one a setting.
A free express treatment at visit 3, a massage at 6, a facial at 10. A monthly client gets her first reward by the third month.
One point per dollar: a wax counts 25, a facial 120. A free express treatment at 100 points, a facial at 250. Everyone moves at the pace of what she books.
The simplest format: eight boxes, the last one is a 30-minute massage. It reads without explanation and takes one click to set.
Write the reward precisely ("a 30-minute massage"), or the free treatment always turns into the longest one on your menu.
At the front desk
In the room, your hands are in oil or wax and your client is in a robe. The stamp goes on at check-in or at checkout, in two seconds, and without her phone if need be.

1She shows her cardAt the front desk, on arrival or at checkout. You aim your phone at the code, like taking a photo.
2You add the stampThe screen shows who it is and where she's at. One tap to confirm, nothing goes through on its own.
3Her card updates instantlyThe stamp shows up on her phone, and her lock screen tells her on the way out.
Or by first nameIn the scanner, "Find a customer" looks her up by first name, last name, email or phone. Handy when her phone is in the locker.
No double stampsTwo scans less than a minute and a half apart count once. You can change that delay, or turn it off.
The whole team can stampYour estheticians scan from their own phones, invited by a link. They only see the scanner, not your numbers or your client list.
Rebooking reminders
Hélène comes every month for her facial, Nadia every six weeks for her wax. One rule for everyone would nudge Nadia when she isn't even late. StampyWallet learns each client's usual gap and only writes when she has really let her appointment slip. On the Growth plan.

Jun 9Hélène hasn't been back. This note shows up on her phone, and the button to book is waiting on the back of her card.
Her rhythm, not a fixed dateFrom four visits on, the reminder waits one and a half times the client's usual gap, counted in opening days: your closed days and holidays don't count.
A "Book" button on the cardPaste your Vagaro, Fresha, Booksy, Square or Calendly link, your Instagram page or your phone number: it becomes a button on the back of the card, and the reminder points to it.
New clients tooUntil a client has enough history, your trade's delay applies: five weeks for a beauty salon, and you can change it.
Prepaid packages
"6 facials", "10 lymphatic drainage sessions": ring up the series at your register as usual, then create it in two taps. Your client adds it to her Wallet next to her loyalty card, and sees what's left at every visit. On the Growth plan.
What paper can't do
The punch card keeps its simplicity. What changes is that it lives on your clients' phones, and it can talk to them.
A message when the rooms are empty"Our new fall facial is here" or "two openings Tuesday morning" on the lock screen of everyone who carries your card.
Google reviews, after the treatmentA few hours after the visit, a direct link to your Google listing, while she's still relaxed. On the Growth plan.
A note on her birthdayIf you write a gift (a hand treatment, a free mask), it goes out on the day, and your team sees it in the scanner. On the Growth plan.
Know who your regulars areHow many cards, how many visits, who comes back and who drops off: the dashboard tells you. A paper client file never did.
Gift cards
Sell a gift card for an amount or for a specific treatment. StampyWallet sends it to the person receiving it by email, or by text where texting is available, with the buyer's note. They add it to their Wallet, and an amount card can be spent over several visits, with the balance kept up to date. On the Growth plan.

Questions
A treatment your clients already know and that mostly costs you time: an express treatment, a short massage, a hand treatment. In tiers, a small reward at visit 3 and a facial at 10; in points, if your services range from $20 to $150.
No. They scan the QR code at the front desk and tap "Add": the card goes into Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. Without a Wallet, the same card opens in the browser, with the same stamps.
Yes, on the Growth plan. You take payment at your own register, then create the package ("6 facials", "10 sessions"). Your client adds it to her Wallet, each visit counts it down at the scan, and it shows her what's left and when it expires. StampyWallet never takes a payment.
Yes, an amount gift card can be spent over several visits: the balance updates in the recipient's Wallet each time. A card for a specific treatment is used once.
Yes. Your booking link (Vagaro, Fresha, Booksy, Square, Calendly, Instagram, or a phone number) becomes a "Book" button on the back of the card, and the rebooking reminder invites her to book from the card.
Essential is $29 a month before tax (£19 in the UK, €20 in Europe): unlimited clients, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, scanning and messages to all your clients. Growth, at $49 (£35, €40), adds reminders on each client's rhythm, birthdays, Google reviews, gift cards and prepaid packages. 30 days free, no commitment.
They stay on your clients' phones with their stamps, and you can keep stamping. Packages and gift cards already sold are still honored. You can export your clients as a CSV whenever you like.
Long enough to add your logo, write your tiers and print the front-desk poster. Your next client can add it while she waits for her room.
