Terms of use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This is an English translation, provided for convenience, of the French terms of use (French version). If the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
Who we are
StampyWallet is a service of digital loyalty cards, added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, published by Bluring LLC ("we"). Contact: bonjour@stampywallet.com.
These terms apply to anyone who uses the stampywallet.com site, the merchant application, customers' cards, or the service through a conversational assistant. Using the service means accepting them.
The service
StampyWallet lets a shop create a loyalty card (stamps, points or tiers), hand it to its customers by QR code or by link, stamp it at the counter and send messages to its customers. The customer needs no app: the card lives in their phone.
We keep improving the service: features may be added, changed or removed. When a change removes a paid feature you use, we let you know in advance by email.
Your merchant account
- You must be of legal age and act for a business you are entitled to represent.
- Your shop's information (name, address, reward, visuals) must be accurate and belong to you, or you must have the right to use it.
- You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your team. Tell us without delay about any access you did not authorize.
- The rewards promised on your card are your commitment to your customers, not ours: it is up to you to honor them.
Plans, trial and payment
- The plans and their prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription, excluding taxes.
- The trial lasts 30 days, with all Growth features. A payment card is required to start it; nothing is charged before the end of the trial, and canceling during the trial costs nothing.
- Payment is collected by Polar, our official reseller (merchant of record), which issues invoices and manages payment methods. Its own terms apply to the payment.
- The subscription is monthly or yearly, renewed automatically, with no commitment beyond the current period. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded pro rata.
- If a payment fails, Polar retries your card for a few days before the subscription is stopped.
If you stop
A stopped subscription pauses your shop, it does not erase it: your customers' cards keep working and you can keep stamping. Paid features (messages, automations, advanced figures) are suspended until a new subscription. You can export your data or delete your shop and your account at any time, from the settings.
If you are a shop's customer
Your card is free. It is issued by the shop, which decides its rules and rewards and remains solely bound to honor them. You can erase your card and your data yourself, from the card, at any time.
Assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Le Chat)
- You can link your shop to a conversational assistant. It accesses nothing until you have authorized it on our page, and you can cut that access at any time in Settings › Assistants.
- Any action that changes your shop is first shown as a preview and is only carried out after your agreement in the conversation. An assistant can neither add stamps, nor give rewards, nor touch your subscription.
- An assistant's answers are produced by its publisher (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral…), not by us: check what it proposes before accepting. Use of the assistant itself is governed by its publisher's terms.
- A shop created by an assistant without an account becomes yours when you follow the invitation link. If it is never claimed, it is deleted.
What is forbidden
- Sending, through the service, misleading or unlawful messages, or messages to people who are not your customers.
- Creating fake cards, fake visits or fake reviews.
- Trying to access another shop's data, to get around the limits of the service or to disrupt its operation.
- Reselling the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, notifying you except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise.
Your data
The data of your shop and your customers belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. It is hosted in France (OVH, Strasbourg).
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, without being able to guarantee that it will never be interrupted. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, assistants and email delivery services depend on their publishers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the last twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, loss of customers).
Ownership
The service, its brand and its content belong to us. You keep all rights to your content (logo, visuals, texts) and authorize us to use it only to the extent needed to make your card work.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; a significant change is announced to you by email at least thirty days before it applies.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of disagreement, write to us first at bonjour@stampywallet.com: we always look for an amicable solution.
