Yes. Prices are shown before tax: VAT is added depending on your country, and US sales tax depending on your state. Prices are in euros, in US dollars for the United States ($29, $49, from $129 a month) and in pounds sterling for the UK (£19, £35, from £79 a month). Yearly is paid once and works out at two months free.
