StampyWallet or Fidme, who owns the relationship

Fidme costs a shop with fewer than ten locations nothing. The question is not price: it is where your card lives, and who it sits next to.

Fidme prices read on August 25, 2026 from their public pricing page (fidme.com/fidme-stamps-mon-espace-commercant). Prices change : check before deciding.

In one sentence

With Fidme your customer installs the Fidme app and you are one logo among thousands. With us they scan your QR and your card — your colours, your name — lands in their wallet in three seconds.

What changes

Why StampyWallet rather than Fidme

One more app to get installed

That is the highest step in the whole journey. Someone buying a €1.80 coffee will not download an app for it, and neither will a client rushing between appointments. Our card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already there: one scan, one button, done.

Your card, or a line in a directory

In a shared app your shop is a tile among thousands, including the one across the street. The card we build carries your name, your colours and your reward, and surfaces on the lock screen when your customer walks past.

The relationship is yours, and so is the data

Your customers, their visits, their frequency: exportable to CSV whenever you want. You depend on nobody to talk to your own regulars, and nobody can offer to sell you a better spot in a list one day.

Who it is for

The businesses we built this for

For a salon, a nail studio or a beauty room, the loyalty card is a piece of branding: it carries your colours in your client's phone, next to her boarding pass. For a café or a bakery, what counts is that a passing customer can be signed up in three seconds while a queue waits behind them.

Hair salons

A client who comes back at six weeks instead of ten is two extra visits a year. The card counts the visits, the win-back catches the ones drifting away, and the stamp happens while you take payment.

Nail technicians

A new set every three to four weeks is exactly the rhythm of a ten-slot card. A free set at the end, or a tier halfway, and the reminder goes out on its own when the gap stretches.

Beauty salons

Treatments, waxing, packages : it all rides on the next appointment. The card stays in the phone, and the birthday message only goes out if you have written what you are offering — never a bare wish.

Cafés and bakeries

A passing customer installs nothing : they scan the QR on the counter, the card is in their wallet in three seconds, and the tenth free coffee is what pays for the first nine.

Questions

StampyWallet and Fidme, the questions that keep coming up

Fidme is free, why pay?

Because the cost is elsewhere: your customer has to install an app, and your shop appears among thousands of others. Twenty euros a month buys a card under your own name that the customer adds without installing anything.

Do my customers have to create an account?

No. They scan the QR on the counter, give a first name, and the card is in their wallet. By default nothing else is asked.

Can I take my customers with me if I switch tools?

With StampyWallet, a CSV export of your customers and their visits is available at any time, with no request to file.

Thirty days to make up your own mind

Thirty days free, no commitment, every Growth feature open. A printed sign and your phone are enough to stamp your first customer this afternoon.
