FidWallet is close to us: card in the wallet, no setup fee, thirty days to try. The difference is the entry price and what gets billed by the unit.
FidWallet prices read on August 25, 2026 from their public pricing page (fidwallet.fr). Prices change : check before deciding.
Nine euros less a month, and the message you send your customers does not cost ten cents more every time.
Our figures come from our pricing page, theirs from theirs. The source and the date it was read are shown under their card.

What changes
€29 against €20 excl. VAT for the same gesture: the customer scans, you stamp. Paid yearly, our Essential drops to €17 excl. VAT a month — €204 excl. VAT for the whole year.
FidWallet bills RCS by the unit. Three hundred clients nudged is thirty euros, more than the subscription itself. Our notifications ride the card into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, land on the lock screen, and are part of the price.
Hosted at OVH in Strasbourg, GDPR compliant, CSV export at any time. And one rule that does not move: if you stop paying, your customers' cards keep working and you can keep stamping.

Who it is for
Hairdressers, nail studios, beauty salons and cafés send in waves: September, the holidays, the February lull. Per-message billing turns every wave into a budget decision. A notification included in the subscription is decided on the only question that matters — will the customer be glad to get it.
A client who comes back at six weeks instead of ten is two extra visits a year. The card counts the visits, the win-back catches the ones drifting away, and the stamp happens while you take payment.
A new set every three to four weeks is exactly the rhythm of a ten-slot card. A free set at the end, or a tier halfway, and the reminder goes out on its own when the gap stretches.
Treatments, waxing, packages : it all rides on the next appointment. The card stays in the phone, and the birthday message only goes out if you have written what you are offering — never a bare wish.
A passing customer installs nothing : they scan the QR on the counter, the card is in their wallet in three seconds, and the tenth free coffee is what pays for the first nine.
Questions
The entry price — €20 excl. VAT against €29 — and how messages are handled: included here through the wallet notification, billed at ten cents per RCS there. Both offer thirty days to try and no setup fee.
No. Notifications to your customers are included from Essential. Automatic messages, lapsed-customer win-backs and birthday messages arrive with Growth.
Yes, at OVH in Strasbourg, under GDPR, with CSV export at any time.
