Passcard has a free tier up to thirty customers. What matters is what comes next: a price that rises with the number of people you have managed to keep.
Passcard prices read on August 25, 2026 from their public pricing page (passcard.fr/tarifs). Prices change : check before deciding.
Passcard bills your success by the cent: 500 customers included, then three cents a month per customer beyond. We do not count your customers. Not at €20, not at €40, not ever.
Our figures come from our pricing page, theirs from theirs. The source and the date it was read are shown under their card.

What changes
A loyalty card has one purpose: to accumulate customers who come back. A price that grows with the number of customers charges you for exactly what you were trying to achieve. Our price is the same with a hundred customers or four thousand.
Passcard's Pro trial lasts three days. In three days a salon sees a handful of clients and a café has not finished printing its sign. Thirty days is enough to watch a full cycle: first cards added, first regulars, first reward handed over.
Thirty customers is one week in a decent bakery. A free tier is there to get you in, not to let you work. Our thirty-day trial gives the whole product instead, with no customer cap, so you judge it on the real thing.

Who it is for
A busy hair salon passes a thousand clients on file within two or three years. A city-centre café passes it in the first year. That is precisely when loyalty starts to pay — and precisely when per-customer billing starts to bite.
A client who comes back at six weeks instead of ten is two extra visits a year. The card counts the visits, the win-back catches the ones drifting away, and the stamp happens while you take payment.
A new set every three to four weeks is exactly the rhythm of a ten-slot card. A free set at the end, or a tier halfway, and the reminder goes out on its own when the gap stretches.
Treatments, waxing, packages : it all rides on the next appointment. The card stays in the phone, and the birthday message only goes out if you have written what you are offering — never a bare wish.
A passing customer installs nothing : they scan the QR on the counter, the card is in their wallet in three seconds, and the tenth free coffee is what pays for the first nine.
