Captain Wallet is the French specialist of the wallet loyalty card for large retail: over 40 million cards, clients such as Carrefour and Etam. We build the same technology for a business at one address.
Captain Wallet prices read on August 25, 2026 from their public pricing page (captainwallet.com). Prices change : check before deciding.
Captain Wallet is excellent — for a retailer with a marketing department, an annual budget and a project manager. If you are alone in your salon, you will not even get a price without sitting through a sales demo.
Our figures come from our pricing page, theirs from theirs. The source and the date it was read are shown under their card.

What changes
Twenty euros excl. VAT a month, written on the pricing page, with no form to fill and no revenue to justify. You know what it costs before speaking to anyone — and you can compare it, which we encourage.
Enterprise platforms assume someone whose job it is to run them. Our dashboard fits on a phone between two appointments: who comes back, who stopped, how many stamps this week. The rest we left out.
Thirty days free, no commitment, no call first. A printed sign and your phone are enough to stamp your first customer this afternoon.

Who it is for
If you run a hair salon, a nail studio, a beauty room or a café, you are not Captain Wallet's target, and that goes both ways: their strength is running programmes with millions of holders. Yours is knowing your customers by first name.
A client who comes back at six weeks instead of ten is two extra visits a year. The card counts the visits, the win-back catches the ones drifting away, and the stamp happens while you take payment.
A new set every three to four weeks is exactly the rhythm of a ten-slot card. A free set at the end, or a tier halfway, and the reminder goes out on its own when the gap stretches.
Treatments, waxing, packages : it all rides on the next appointment. The card stays in the phone, and the birthday message only goes out if you have written what you are offering — never a bare wish.
A passing customer installs nothing : they scan the QR on the counter, the card is in their wallet in three seconds, and the tenth free coffee is what pays for the first nine.
Questions
The price is not public: it comes on quotation, after a demo. StampyWallet publishes €20 excl. VAT a month for an independent shop, €40 for win-backs and automations, from €90 for a network.
The principle is identical: a native card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, updated remotely, with lock-screen notifications. What differs is the scale of the tooling around it, and the price that goes with it.
Not necessarily. Our Network plan starts at €90 excl. VAT a month and runs several locations from one account, with guided setup.
Thirty days free, no commitment, every Growth feature open. A printed sign and your phone are enough to stamp your first customer this afternoon.
