Coming back
They come back without you thinking about it.
The card writes on the lock screen — not into a full inbox, not into an app nobody ever opens. Two reminders go out on their own, a nudge goes after the ones who stopped coming. The rest is yours to write.

One stamp to go.
One more stamp and your reward is there.

Your reward is waiting.
A pastry, whenever you're passing.
Le Fournil de la Gare · Monday
We've been thinking of you.
It's been a while since we've seen you. We're keeping a place for you.
Three notifications, three moments. Not one of them needed anybody to remember it on the day.
2 reminders“One stamp to go” and “your reward is ready” both go out on their own.
9pm → 9amYour quiet hours. Anything due at night waits for opening — nothing is dropped.
1 a dayOne message written by you, not three a week: a tired customer deletes the card.
Without you
Three messages you will never write.
They are already written, they go out at the right moment, and they stop on their own. You switch them on once in your settings — or you leave them off, if your shop is better without them.
When they're one stamp short“One more stamp and your reward is there.” Once per card, not once per visit: this is a reminder, not a campaign.
When the reward is readyThey know what's waiting before they push the door open. It's the one that gives a reason to come by today: there's something to come and collect.
When a regular stops comingThirty days without a visit and their card gives them a nudge. Once per absence, never three times. Come back and leave again, and it's a new cycle.
Never in the same secondThey have just heard it from you at the counter; a notification a second later is a duplicate. You pick the delay — right away, an hour later, or the next day.
Your automatic notifications
What your customers get on their lock screen, with nothing for you to do.
- Tell them when they're one stamp short“One more stamp and your reward is there.”
- Tell them when the reward is ready“Your reward is waiting: a pastry.”
- Nudge customers who stopped comingAfter 30 days without a visit. Your words, or ours.
How long after the visit
Three switches and a delay. Nothing goes out in your name until you have switched it on.
Your words
A quiet Tuesday? You know who to tell.
One message, three groups, and the number of people who will actually see it — on screen before you write, not after you send.
Three groups, no list to sortAll your customers. The ones who haven't been in for thirty days. The ones one stamp away. The group is worked out again at the moment you send.
The reachable count, before you writeA customer who kept the web card has no lock screen to show anything on. Thinking you reached fifty when you reached thirty-eight is how good-looking numbers lead to bad decisions.
The preview isn't optionalYou see exactly what your customers will see before it leaves. A bad send can't be walked back: there is no button that recalls a notification.
One a day, and we're the ones holding the lineThis isn't a commercial limit, it's protection for the channel. Three messages a week and the card gets deleted — and it never comes back.
Send a message
You write it, it goes out once. It shows up on your customers' lock screen.
Who to
38 of your 52 customers have the card in their phone and will see the message. The other 14 kept the web card, which shows nothing on a lock screen.
Your message
It's been a while since we've seen you. We're keeping a place for you.
63 / 180The screen says “38 of 52” before you send. Afterwards, it says what actually arrived.
The hour
Never at three in the morning.
An 11pm message can't be walked back: the card is deleted before breakfast. So nothing is dropped — anything falling inside your quiet hours waits for the first allowed hour and goes out at opening.
Set once, honoured always9pm to 9am by default. You move both ends; a late-night bar can flip them around and only ever write in the evening.
Held back, not cancelledThe message keeps its worth, it simply arrives at the right time. Every reminder a night holds back goes out together at opening, not at the minute it came due.
Your shop's clockYour time zone decides, not the one our servers run on. And your closing days drop out of the “who stopped coming” count: nobody is lost because you were shut.

Waiting
Reward ready · Camille
23:41 goes out at 09:00
A reward that came due at 11:41pm waits for nine in the morning. That is all we do with the night.
After the send
We count what arrived, not what was aimed at.
A send isn't an audience figure. The report says how many people saw the message, how many had no screen to show it on, and what failed.
Received, not sentThe line shows messages delivered. Customers with no card in their phone are counted separately, never folded into the total.
A failure is retried, then shownA wallet that is down doesn't make the line disappear: it stays “in progress”, then it says what happened.
And your customers keep the last wordThey can mute the card's notifications from their phone, or delete it outright. Nobody can force a message on them — which is exactly why only one a day goes out.
- in progress, 6 customers to go 26 March
- received by 38 customers 24 March 14 with no card in their phone
- received by 41 customers 12 March 2 failed
- received by 36 customers 26 February
Your send history, exactly as it appears. It says “received by”, never “sent to”.
Questions
What people ask us about messages.
Do my customers get a text message?
No. It's a wallet notification: it appears on the lock screen, in the same place a text would, but it travels through the card the customer already added, and it is included in the subscription. The phone number is only asked if you enable it on your card, and it is only used for the Google review request.
How many messages can I send?
One a day per shop — the one you write. The automatic reminders don't count against it: they follow each customer's card, not your day. The limit protects the channel: a customer getting three messages a week deletes the card, and it never comes back.
Will all my customers get it?
No, and the screen tells you before you write. Customers who added the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet get it; customers who kept the web card have no lock screen to show it on. The report counts messages received, not customers aimed at.
When is a customer considered “lost”?
Thirty days without a visit. The nudge then goes out once, inside your allowed hours, and not a second time for the same absence. If they come back and drift away again, that's a new cycle. Your closing days and holidays come out of the count: nobody is lost because you were away.
Can a reminder land in the middle of the night?
No. Your quiet hours run from 9pm to 9am by default, and anything falling inside them waits for the first allowed hour: nothing is cancelled, it all goes out at opening. And if a reminder doesn't suit you, it has its own switch — you turn it off without writing to us.
The next message leaves from your counter.
The card exists in five minutes. The reminders are already written: all you do is leave them switched on.
