Google reviews

Your best reviews are already your customers.

A regular never leaves a review on their own. After their first reward, their card asks them, by email or SMS, and the link is under their thumb. Two minutes later, the review is on your Google profile.

Free to start. No commitment.

Once per customerThe request goes out once, after the first reward. A Google review can only be left once; we never chase.

4 stars and upThe customer rates with us first. Happy, they go to Google with their words already copied. Unhappy, they write to you, and to nobody else.

200 SMS a month includedEmail and notifications are unlimited. SMS is never a campaign: one request, once, and that is all.

The journey

Three screens. Two minutes.

The request lands just after the customer was rewarded. They rate, they write a few words, they paste them on Google. Nothing to install, nothing to look for.

The next day, 10 am

Le Fournil de la Gare

Thank you for your visit! A Google review would help us a lot, it takes a minute: stampywallet.com/avis/…

The request, at the right moment

After the first reward, or after three visits: your choice. Never during your quiet hours, never twice.

On our page

Camille, how was your visit?

The best bread in the neighbourhood, and a welcome…

The rating, in one tap

Five stars, each one submits. A box to write a few words: they are copied, the customer only has to paste them on Google.

The best bread in the neighbourhood, and a welcome that makes you want to come back.

Thank you Camille, your stamp is on your card.

The review, and the thank-you

The button opens your Google profile. When the review appears there, the customer's card thanks them, as a notification on their phone.

Three screens, two minutes. None of them is an app.

The sorting

The unhappy talk to you. The happy talk about you.

A low rating never goes to Google. The customer writes to you privately, you read what went wrong, and you can fix it. It is the setting that lifts your rating, and the one that teaches you the most.

The threshold is yours4 stars and up to Google, or 5 only, or everyone. One setting, one click.

The private message comes to youIn your screen, with the rating, the first name and the date. You answer at the counter, or not.

Nobody writes in their placeThe customer writes, the customer posts. We copy their words so they do not have to retype them, nothing more.

Thank you for telling us.

Twenty minutes' wait on Saturday…

To Google

The same page, two ratings. Only one of them leads to Google.

The thank-you

A thank-you for each, a prize for all.

What a review earns the customer is your decision. And for all your customers together, a goal to reach, with a prize draw at the finish line.

The thank-you is your choiceNothing, a stamp, or a named gift. It lands on the card like an ordinary reward, and is handed over at the counter.

Verified, or on their wordBy default, the thank-you waits for the review to appear on your Google profile. You can also take the customer's word for it — once, never twice.

The ticket never expires"20 more reviews, and we draw a pizza." Whoever left a review is in the hat for every draw to come: a review is left once, a draw happens many times.

The goal, seen from a customer's card. The bar moves with your Google profile.

What you see

A funnel, not a counter.

Requested, rated, went to Google, credited: four numbers you read at a glance, and that say where it sticks. And every word, with its rating.

The last thirty daysHow many requests went out, how many customers rated, how many went all the way to Google. If the third number drops, it is the message to change, not the card.

Your profile, your numberYour Google profile's review count is read automatically. The goal moves on that number, not on an estimate.

What they told youThe words left on the page, public and private, with the rating and the date. The unhappy first: they are the ones who make you better.

What they told you

Your screen, as it is. The numbers are deduced from the requests, never from a counter kept on the side.

Questions

What we get asked about reviews.

What if I have neither the email nor the phone number of my customers?

The request goes out by email or SMS, so it needs one or the other — you ask for them on your card, in one setting, optional or required. Without either, the link stays on the back of the card in the wallet, and a notification points to it after the first reward.

How much does it cost?

It is included in the Growth plan. Email and notifications are unlimited. SMS is capped at 200 a month per shop, which comfortably covers a neighbourhood business: one request per customer, once. Beyond that, the request goes out by email.

What happens to low ratings?

They do not go to Google. The customer writes to you privately, and you read their rating and message in your screen, with their first name. You choose the threshold: 4 stars and up to Google, 5 only, or everyone.

How do you know the review was actually left?

We read your Google profile's review count before and after the customer goes through. When it rises, the review is credited and the thank-you lands. Google publishes within hours, sometimes a day or two; ambiguous cases are shown to you, and you settle them in one tap. If you prefer, the thank-you goes out on their word.

Who wins the prize draw?

A customer drawn at random among everyone who left a review — not only those of the latest goal. The prize lands on their card and is handed over at the counter. The others learn that the goal was reached, and that a new one starts.

Your next review is already sitting at a table.

Paste your Google profile link, choose the thank-you. The rest goes out on its own: once per customer, never at night.
