You aim
The camera is already open by the time the page appears. You frame the card the customer is showing you on their phone — not your own poster.

You see who it is
The first name, the count before, the count after. A stamp put on the wrong card cannot be taken back; this screen shows you while there is still time.

You confirm
The new count full-screen, the first name under it, a short buzz. A second later the camera is back: the next customer can step up.

Offline
The network drops. The counter doesn't.
A cellar, a basement, a carrier crawling on a Saturday at noon. The scanner does not wait for the network: it saves, it tells you, it sends later.
Nothing is lostThe stamp is written on your phone with its own operation number. It goes out the moment the network is back, without you having to think about it.
And nothing lands twiceThat number is what rules out duplicates: if the send fires twice, the server still counts one stamp.
Camera refusing to play?Type the code in instead. It is printed under the QR on the customer's card, in plain characters.

The reward
Handed over now, or kept for next time.
When the count is there, the screen says so and names the reward. What happens next is between you and the person in front of you.
“Given”The reward is settled and the card starts again. Anything above the target carries over to the next one: nobody loses a stamp in the handover.
“Later”It stays owed. On the next scan the screen offers it again: until it is handed over, it does not get forgotten.
You do the servingThe software does not decide for you. It blocks nothing, it cuts nothing off: it tells you where the count stands, you do the rest.

Questions
What people ask us about the counter.
Do I need a tablet, a scanner gun or a terminal?
No. Your phone is enough: you open a web page, the camera opens, you scan the customer's card. Nothing to rent, nothing to install. If you already keep a tablet at the counter, that works too — it is the same page.
What if the network drops mid-service?
The stamp is saved on the phone and the screen tells you straight away. It goes out as soon as the network is back. Every stamp carries its own operation number: even if it is sent twice, it is counted once.
What happens if I stamp the wrong card?
A stamp that has been put down cannot be taken back — which is exactly why there is a screen before it. It shows the customer's first name and the count they are about to reach. “Not them” cancels, and the next scan fires immediately: fixing a mistake should not keep the queue waiting.
Can my staff stamp from their own phones?
Yes. You invite them with a link, they scan from their own phone, with nothing to install. Staff see the scanner and nothing else: not your figures, not your customer list. And if two people scan the same customer at once, only one stamp is counted.
Does a customer scanned twice earn two stamps?
Not by default: two scans less than a minute and a half apart make one stamp. You set that delay yourself, from one minute to half a day — or switch it off, if your shop has good reason to count every visit.
