Your call

Set by you, not by us.

Every field on the sign-up form can be switched off, made optional, or made required. Accounts for your staff cost nothing extra. It all happens on one screen — no support ticket, no waiting until Monday.

The sign-up form

Ask for what you use. Nothing else.

The more you ask, the less you get. The default form is one line long: a first name, and even that is optional. Everything else is yours to switch on, the day you actually need it.

Three states, not twoOff, and the field is not there. Optional, and it shows but can be skipped. Required, and it has to be filled in before the card is issued.

Never the year of birthBirthdays are asked as a day and a month. The year does nothing for a free coffee, and it changes what you are keeping on file. That is a decision, not an oversight.

Two stamps to start withAn empty card tempts nobody. Hand out up to five stamps at sign-up: people leave with 2 out of 10 instead of 0 out of 10, and the urge to come back is not the same.

The same form, seen from the customer's side. This is exactly what your five settings produce.

The team

An account each, for everyone behind the counter.

An account each, rather than one shared password on a sticky note by the till. It comes with the subscription: hiring someone does not change your bill.

Zero euros per employeeTwo people or twelve, the subscription is the same. Charging per account would mean billing you for your busy season.

Each with their own roleYou set things up, the team stamps. A staff account cannot change the card, the settings or the billing — there is nothing to break by accident on a Saturday lunchtime.

Someone leaves, one clickRemove the account and it stops scanning the same evening. Nothing changes for anyone else, and no password has to go round the team.

Time

Your holidays, your time limits, your Monday morning.

Software that does not know you close for three weeks in August ends up telling you nonsense. These three settings exist for that.

August Closed

Your closing days count

Declare when you are shut. The count follows your opening days rather than the calendar: three weeks in August will not turn your regulars into lost customers.

Questions

What people ask us about the settings.

What can I ask customers for at sign-up?

First name, last name, birthday as a day and a month, email and phone. Each field is off, optional or required, whichever you choose. By default only the first name is offered, and it is optional: someone can take a card without typing anything at all.

Why is the year of birth never asked for?

Because it does nothing for handing out a coffee on someone's birthday, and because it changes what you are holding: a person's age, minors included. Day and month are enough. It is a decision rather than an oversight, and it does not get unlocked on request.

What does an account for a staff member cost?

Nothing. Open as many accounts as you have people behind the counter and the subscription stays put. Each has its own role: you set things up, the team stamps. A staff account changes neither the card, nor the settings, nor the billing.

Can I give stamps away at sign-up?

Yes, up to five. A card that starts at 2 out of 10 gets filled more often than one that starts at 0 out of 10: the first looks like something already under way, the second looks like a form.

What happens to all of it if I delete my business?

The data is deleted, not set aside. Export your customers to CSV first if you want to keep them: the file is yours and it opens in any spreadsheet. A customer can also erase their own card from their phone, without asking you first.

Set it once, then forget it.

Ten minutes on the first evening, and the app follows the habits of your shop. You come back to it the day something changes, not before.
