Google reviews

Ask every customer for a Google review at the right moment, with a direct link to your listing, no filtering and no reward, within Google's rules.

With the Growth plan, StampyWallet asks your customers for a Google review when they are happiest: at their first reward, or after a few visits.

How it works

  • The same message for everyone, with the direct link to your Google listing.
  • No rating step in between, no sorting customers by their opinion, no reward in exchange for a review: these are Google's rules, and StampyWallet follows them.
  • One request per customer, only once.

Turn it on

  1. Paste your Google review link in Google reviews. Without it, nothing is sent. You will find it in your Google Business Profile, under the "Ask for reviews" button.
  2. Ask for the email or phone number at sign-up (Create your card): the request goes out by SMS or by email.
  3. Choose the moment: at the first reward (default) or after a number of visits (3 by default).
  4. Choose the delay after the visit: right away, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours (default) or the next day. Quiet hours apply.

Note : a Wallet notification cannot carry a link. So the request goes out first by SMS (within your budget of 200 SMS per month), or by email depending on your setting in Settings › Messages and SMS. The link is also on the back of the customer's card.

The numbers

The Google reviews screen shows the requests sent and the clicks to Google over the last 30 days.

Tip : from a connected AI assistant, the avis_google tool reads these numbers and sets up the request.
