Tells whether the loyalty card pays off, over a chosen period: share of customers who come back, return visits and what they represent in euros (estimate: visits × average basket), median time between two visits, rewards given and their cost if provided, rewards still to hand out, and results of the automatic win-back message. The average basket and the cost of a reward can be adjusted to redo the calculation. Use it for "is it worth it?", "how much does it bring in?", "do my customers come back?". For the raw numbers of a period, tableau_de_bord.
