Lists the business's customers by segment (regulars, lost, one stamp away from the reward, reward to give, new, inactive, never came back) combined with filters: first name, stamps on the card, number of visits, sign-up date, last visit date, wallet type; sorted and paginated. Returns for each an identifier, the first name and last name initial, visits, last visit and card status, never an email or phone number. Use it for "who are my best customers?", "who hasn't come back?", "who is close to their reward?", or to find a customer's identifier before fiche_client.

Parameters

segmentenumoptional
Starting group, defined as in the app. tous (default); habitues = at least 4 visits in the last 60 days; perdus = came at least 4 times, and absent for more than one and a half times their usual rhythm (median gap between their visits), or, without enough history, for longer than the business's delay; holidays and closing days not counted; presque = only one stamp missing for the reward; recompense_prete = a reward earned, not yet given, not expired; nouveaux = signed up in the last 30 days; inactifs = no visit for longer than the business's delay, in calendar days, whatever their number of visits; un_seul_passage = one visit at most: signed up but never came back.

Response

A text the assistant reads (content), and the same information as structured data (structuredContent). When a call is refused (a parameter to fix, plan, role), the response has isError: true and a sentence the assistant can rephrase.
