# Beautiful loyalty cards

Goal: the business owner recognizes THEIR business at first glance.
A generic card (stars, plain background, "One free service") makes
nobody want it; their logo, their color, their signature product do.

This skill relies on the StampyWallet MCP server
(`https://app.stampywallet.com/mcp`), tool `concevoir_carte`: it renders
a real Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card image, with no account and
without saving anything. Without this server, describe the cards in text
and tell the person so.

Golden rule: **always start from the business's real images.** A made-up
illustration only comes as a last resort, and you say so.

## 1. Get to know the business

Before designing, gather:
- its exact name, its trade, its city;
- what it puts forward: signature product, atmosphere, colors of its
  storefront or logo, tone of its communication;
- its current reward if it already has a paper card (keep it in at
  least one version);
- the language of its customers (the card is written in that language).

Sources: its website, its Google listing, its public social media, or
simply what the person tells you. Ask if the essentials are missing
(the name, the trade); for the rest, make suggestions.

## 2. Find its real images

In this order:
1. **Its logo**: on its website (header, large favicon), its profile
   picture on social media, or a file provided by the person.
2. **Its products**: photos from its website or its posts, to
   illustrate each reward (the croissant, the treatment, the bouquet).
3. **Its colors**: taken from the logo or the storefront.

Images are given to `concevoir_carte` by their **https** address
(PNG, JPEG or WebP, 5 MB at most):
- `logo_url`: the logo, placed at the top of the card; with no color
  given, the card takes the logo's colors;
- `paliers[].image_url`: the photo of a reward (at least 64 px per
  side), cut out, in gray before it is earned, in color after.

A business owner's images are used for THEIR card, the one offered to
them. Do not publish them anywhere else.

### When their photos don't fit

A blurry photo, a team photo for "Free delivery", a detail that becomes
unreadable once shrunk: don't force it. Use an icon or illustration that
says what the reward is at a glance (a rose for "a free rose", a van for
delivery), with a clear license:
- **Lucide**, **Phosphor**, **Tabler** icons (MIT or ISC licenses),
  recolored in the business's colors;
- **Unsplash** or **Pexels** photos and illustrations.
Note the source of each image. Never present them as photos of the
business. Or simply use the tier's built-in icon
(`paliers[].icone`: cafe, croissant, fleur, ciseaux, cadeau…).

## 3. Render at least 12 versions, across all types

The business owner must see EVERYTHING we can do, in their colors and
with their images, not four variants of the same type. One version per
shape, fourteen in all:

| Mode (`mode`) | Shapes (`forme`) |
|---|---|
| `tampons`: one reward at the end | `grille`, `cercles`, `libre`, `objets` |
| `paliers`: several rewards | `chemin`, `vitrine`, `medailles`, `remplissage`, `anneau` |
| `points`: based on the amount | `remplissage`, `anneau`, `chemin`, `vitrine`, `medailles` |

Also vary, across the versions:
- the collection (`collection`: `pass`, `cafe`, `botanique`, `original`,
  `trattoria`, `atelier`), the `palette` or a custom `couleur`;
- light and dark;
- the stamp (`tampon`: an icon for the trade, `rond` for the simple one);
- with their logo, with the photo of their product as the reward.

Rewards: in THEIR vocabulary ("10th class free", "a seasonal
bouquet"). For tiers and points, realistic thresholds, flagged as a
suggestion; at least one version keeps their current reward exactly if
they have one. For a telling preview, set `tampons_poses` (a card
already started). `variantes: true` also renders the other palettes of
a collection.

A shape that renders badly for this business (text too long, overlap):
fix it (shorter label, another collection), otherwise replace it with a
variant in another style, and say so.

## 4. Review each card, full size

Before showing anything, open each image full size and check:
- the name is complete and readable;
- no reward is cut off or overlaps another;
- the text is readable on the background (contrast);
- the logo is neither blurry nor cropped;
- the reward photos are recognizable, even in gray.
Redo the ones that fail. One bad card shown does more harm than twelve
good ones do good.

## 5. Present the choice

- One numbered sheet, grouped by type (Stamps, Multiple rewards,
  Points), readable on a phone; or one sheet per type.
- Under each number: the mode, the shape, the reward, in one line.
- Always say that **every image and every icon can be changed**: the
  logo, the reward photos, the stamp, the colors; two versions can also
  be mixed.
- Ask for their favorite number. Put nothing live without their choice.

## 6. Put it live

Once the person has chosen: `creer_commerce` with exactly the settings
of the chosen version. Call it first with `confirmer: false`, show the
summary, then `confirmer: true` after their approval. The tool returns
a personal link: by following it, the person signs in with their email
and finds their card, the QR code to print and their free trial.

If the business already has a StampyWallet account connected to the
assistant: `voir_carte` first, then `modifier_carte` (preview, then
approval), instead of `creer_commerce`.

## Don't

- Make up a photo "of the business" or present an illustration as theirs.
- Show a single card, or twelve variants of the same type.
- Change a live card without explicit approval.
- Promise stamps or rewards: they are added at the counter, by scanning
  the customer's card, never by an assistant.
